I’m having a cocktail party for 50 people and would like to have it catered. I think it needs to be stand up finger food or food that can be eaten on a small plate standing up. I’m open to your ideas. I don’t just want to serve party pies I would prefer if the food was cooked fresh on site. You can use our cooking equipment. It’s a large house, we have a barbecue, pizza oven that’s inside the house, 2 ovens, lots of fridges. It needs to be served by you and also cleaned up by you.

We are having a birthday celebration and we need a professional bar person and cocktail maker to make drinks for about 40 guests We have a new large house with a professional bar set up. Everything is supplied you just need to serve all the drinks and leave the bar as you found it. Party starts at 7pm and will finish at 11pm. You would need to get here at 630pm for setup.

I am looking for someone who can cook an authentic spanish vegetarian paella on-site for around 20 people. The cooking gear and ingredients required will have to be provided by the cook.
